Tour Conditions

[1] Free Pick-up Service is conducted at major hotels in downtown Seoul.

- Specific Pick-up Point and Time will be given through the Confirmation Letter.

- In case of heavy traffic, pick up service could be delayed occasionally.

[2] Range of Responsibility

- We disclaim all the responsibility for accident or lost due to the customer's carelessness.

- Travel Insurance applies any time after succes to the accident of vehicle traffic only, and the settlement of traffic accidents would be done according to the Policy of Insurance Company.

- If at any time after successfully booked your tour and the Tour Schedule unexpectedly has been changed due to circumstances which we reasonably consider to be beyond our control or reasons of safety, we shall at our option, either: a) carry you on the same Tour on the next available date; or b) refund you the Paid Amount and we shall have no further liability to you.

- If the time during your tour and the Tour Schedule unexpectedly has been changed due to circumstances which we reasonably consider to be beyond our control or reasons of safety, we shall at our option, either: a) carry you on the similar type of Alternative Attractions; or b) refund you the Admission Fee for the attractions which we can't visit and we shall have no further liability to you.

Regulations of JSA Tours

※ Tourist must bring PASSPORT on Tour Day.

※ Under 11 years old is not allowed for JSA (Panmunjeom) Tour.

※ JSA is under control of military, hence the tour schedule could be changed or cancelled without prior notice.

※ Please follow the directions of Tour Guide during the JSA Tour.

※ Drinking alcoholic beverages before the tour is strictly prohibited.

※ The cameras with over 90mm zooming lens are not allowed.

※ Dress Codes:

- No worn or faded jeans.

- No sportswear, military styled wear, t-shirts (it must be collared shirts).

- No shorts for the skirt/dresses, they need to be about knee length.

- No revealing clothes (tops, sleeveless).

- No sandals, flip-flop or slippers..

※ No JSA Tours on Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Holidays.

Requirements for JSA Tours

※ The reservation of JSA should be made 3 Days prior to Tour Date at latest.

※ The countries excluded from the Box below are required to inform all Member's Full Name stated in Passport,
     Passport Number, Nationality at your reservation.

※ The countries included in the Box below are required to send all Member's PASSPORTS Scan
